Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to the services provided by District Bar Association Gurgaon, located at District Court , Gurugram - 122001, HR - India, Gurugram, through its official website and mobile application.

1. Membership Fees

  • All payments made towards membership, renewal, ID cards, parking stickers, or any other facilities of District Bar Association Gurgaon are non-refundable.
  • Once a payment is successfully processed, no request for refund or cancellation shall be entertained.

2. Cancellation of Membership

  • Membership can be discontinued or suspended only as per the rules and bye-laws of District Bar Association Gurgaon.
  • Discontinuation of membership does not entitle the member to any refund of fees already paid.

3. Duplicate Payments

  • In case of a technical issue resulting in a duplicate payment, members must immediately contact the Association at gurugramdba@gmail.com or 0124-7177105 with valid proof of transaction.
  • Upon verification, the excess payment will be adjusted against future fees or refunded to the same payment method.

4. Payment Disputes

  • Any disputes related to payments must be raised directly with District Bar Association Gurgaon at the earliest.
  • The Association's decision on such matters shall be final and binding.

5. Technology Partner Disclaimer

  • The payment services are powered by Gulisons Digital Pvt. Ltd., the official technology partner of District Bar Association Gurgaon.
  • Gulisons is not responsible for membership rules, eligibility, or refunds. It only provides the software and payment processing infrastructure.
