Required Documents

1. One original complete set of Application Form.
2. Attested Photostate Copies of Matric, B.A, LL.B & Bar council Enrollment Certificate.
3. Proof of  Permanent Address.
4. Proof of  Present address.
5. Two Passport size photos.
6. Signed & Attested Affidavit.
7. If member of any other bar association then attach a certificate of that bar association duly signed by the President/Secretary.

Fees

  1. For members enrolled with Punjab & Haryana Bar Council ( Having Place of Practice as Gurugram) – Rs. 2500
  2. For members enrolled with Punjab & Haryana Bar Council (Having Place of practice as Districts other than Gurgaon) – Rs 10000
  3.  For members enrolled with other Bar Council (other than Punjab & Haryana Bar Council) – Rs. 25000.
